R. FRANCO OLIVERA
[Guitar & vocals]
At the present time, R.Franco Olivera is the only
original member since the band was formed in 1994, he replaced vocalist Luis Pajuelo in
July of '97.

ALEJANDRO HERNANDEZ
[Bass]
Alejandro is joined to Elektrash in January of 1999 and
recorded the Filosofia del Caos CD. Alejandro has played in bands such as Funeral,
Artless, Necropsya, Cancerbero, etc. At the present time in Dominium and Akros.

DARIO HERNANDEZ
[Drums]
Darío Hernández is joined to the band in march 1997,
Darío has played in bands such as: Causa Depresiva, Alkoholycore [Ancestro], Agresión
Extrema and Funeral.

Elektrash was formed on
January of 1994 by Luis Pajuelo [vocals & guitar], R.Franco Olivera [lead guitar],
Peter Ramírez [bass], and Jorge Salverredy [drums]. This same line up, was played since
1993 in a band named Quimera playing covers of AC/DC, Deep Purple and others. In
1994 Elektrash start to create songs but in September Peter and Jorge left Elektrash,
Peter is replaced by Oscar D.Bustamante, this change modify the songs to thrashcore style. |

In January of
1995 Oscar left the band by health problems, then in March Peter and Jorge return back to
Elektrash. In 1996 the band records a demo EP titled: ELEKTRASH 1996 including a cover of
AC/DC, this EP contains songs that are not included in the next albums of the band.

Around the end of 1996 Jorge left Elektrash and
three months later, the band finds a new drummer: Darío Hernandez. In March of 1997
everything seems go well but suddenly in May Luis Pajuelo left the band by familiar
problems, he is replaced by R.Franco [Guitar & vocals] then Elektrash [as a 3-piece]
enter at studio in October '97.
The album debut: EXCUSA PARA MORIR was ready in january '98 and was released on February
9, in the next months Elektrash was dedicated in the promotion of this CD, between July -
September Elektrash composes new songs for a new CD and on november the band entering at
studio. |
In January '99 yet at studio Peter Ramírez left the
band and he is replaced by Alejandro Hernandez, with a new bassist Elektrash
released on April 1 his second Album: FILOSOFIA DEL CAOS, at the beginning this CD is not
promoted by choice of the band inclusive the songs is not played in live. Around the end
of 1999 is released the re-edition of Excusa para Morir, the sound is enhanced and
including a bonus track. In January 2000 the band entry at studio again and released on
August 23 his third album:
RECYCLED NOISE.
